* Basic support includes:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00 and 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Unlimited use of Vtesse Broadband self-help forums and unlimited email support.
** Trouble free installation: On the day we turn on your service we will send an engineer to your premises to set up the broadband router and make any changes to your BT telephone socket that may be needed. We’ll help you get your first computer connected too.
Super-fast wireless router
We include a new "Wireless N" router with all of our broadband packages. You can connect your computers and other devices to it using wired or wireless connections. It is much faster than the older "Wireless B/G" routers in common use. To take advantage of that higher speed the computers you use to access the internet need to be Wireless N too. (Your older Wireless B/G devices will work - just not at the full speed that Vtesse Broadband is capable of delivering). We offer Wireless N upgrades (called "USB dongles") for your computers on the options page later on.
